DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY 

Your appointment is reserved specifically for you. I therefore ask that you notify me at least 48 hours in advance if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

 

Late cancellations and ‘no show’ appointments cost me precious time and money, therefore if I receive less than 48 hours notice of your cancellation, you will lose your deposit. Deposits are required for all appointments made.

 

 If you wish to change your appointment to a different day, providing you give me more than 48 hours notice your deposit will be transferred onto your next appointment.
